COMPANY DOCUMENTS (Employer)

Company Registration Certificate (CUI)

Tax certificate from ANAF (no debts)

Certificate from ITM (if required)

Proof of payment of salary contributions

Proof of job posting at ANOFM (minimum 30 days)

ANOFM report stating that no Romanian/EU candidates were found

 

CANDIDATE DOCUMENTS (from Sri Lanka)

Copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months)

Criminal record certificate (original + notarized translation)

Medical certificate (fit for work + translation)

Diplomas, qualification certificates, letters of experience (translated & notarized)

Signed individual employment contract (job offer)

 

SUBMISSION TO IGI

Fill in Work Permit application

Pay fee (~100 EUR)

Submit documents to the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI)

 

TIMELINE: ~30 days

RESULT: Work Permit (original document)

FORWARDING: Work Permit + contract are sent to the candidate for visa application
